This is for women who know their drinking isn’t quite “normal” but don’t relate to rock-bottom stories or traditional recovery programmes. Life happens, and I completely understand. Every training will be recorded and available for replay during the time that Freedom Week is active (up till September 27th) so you can catch up on your own schedule. The workbooks are designed to be completed at your own pace, and the private community stays open throughout the experience so you can ask questions and get support even if you miss a live session. The most important thing is that you engage with the content when it works for you – there’s no judgment about when or how you participate.

I’m based in the UK, hence why I charge in British pounds. However, I have a lot of women join from America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and many other parts of the world.
