I’m not here to tell you what to do or that you need to quit forever. I’m here to help you see clearly what alcohol is really doing in your life, so you can make informed decisions about what comes next.

This is for women who know their drinking isn’t quite “normal” but don’t relate to rock-bottom stories or traditional recovery programmes. You’re successful in other areas of life, but you find yourself hiding how much you drink, making rules you can’t stick to, or waking up feeling ashamed about last night. You don’t want to go to AA meetings and know you don’t need rehab, but you can’t shake the feeling that something needs to change.

Life happens, and I completely understand. Every training will be recorded and available for replay during the time that Freedom Week is active (up to 4th April) so you can catch up on your own schedule. The workbooks are designed to be completed at your own pace, and the private community stays open throughout the experience so you can ask questions and get support even if you miss a live session. The most important thing is that you engage with the content when it works for you – there’s no judgment about when or how you participate.

Freedom Week is free! This is an opportunity for you to experience what support looks like at The Sober School, at no charge to you.

Absolutely. You’ll have access to our private community where you can ask questions, share insights, and connect with other women going through the same experience. My team and I actively participate in the community to provide guidance and answer questions that come up. You’re not doing this alone – we’re here to support you every step of the way.

I understand – but Freedom Week is the opposite of shame and guilt. Every lesson is designed to help you feel hopeful, empowered, and optimistic about what’s possible for you. We’re not here to beat you up – we’re here to gently lift you up.

We don’t use Facebook- we use a custom built website instead that’s private and secure. The lessons and group discussions are all integrated on the same private website. We also have an app too, for easy access.
