Trainee Sober School Coach

The Sober School is looking for a trainee coach to join our team and facilitate support for our current clients and future students.

The Sober School is based in the UK. We offer coaching and community to help women quit drinking alcohol in an easy, empowered way. Our students don’t want to go to AA meetings and they don’t need to go to rehab. They’re looking for positive, non-judgemental education to help them ditch booze in a way that feels like a lifestyle upgrade.

The ideal candidate for this role is a graduate of The Sober School who has been continuously alcohol-free for at least 18 months. No previous coaching experience is required as full training will be given, however, the ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of skills and experiences that align closely with our needs.

This is a part-time role with some weekend and evening work, so will suit someone with a flexible schedule. Hours will fluctuate from 5 to 20 hours per week, depending on training, rota patterns and the number courses being delivered at any one time. You’ll support women inside our Getting Unstuck programme and The Stay Sober Club.

What does a coach at The Sober School do?

  • Other duties as assigned.
